Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Site Down (500) after Backup with Installatron

We created a new installation of Joomla 4.4.3 and worked on getting all of our data updated.
We decided to use the Installatron Backup Tool within cPanel as it has worked well for our previous installation of Joomla 3

After the first backup (manual) everything worked fine.
When it ran a scheduled backup, it appears to have tried to do an update and now the site will not work.
